R&R Extreme Wings Bar and Grill

Ok so I tried 3 times before I decided to do my Google review but here goes.,.. *Wings have awesome flavors butttt they be BURNT!!! Like to a CRISPTTTT.... It's crazy that that'll just throw sauce on black wings... *Fries are usually soggy and undercooked. But again the flavor is there for fries as well... Loaded fries are good as well but same thing.. good flavor but undercooked. *Desserts are ok. Cake isn't buttery but that Carmel Butter Cream Frosting is a Smash! *Customer service from younger ladies is excellent? They help make the atmosphere vibrant. **The concept is super dope and flavor is there when food is cooked properly. Imma try a different location to see if I'll get better results This is all based on my personal liking and opinion. They're definitely worth a try .

Look here the best wings in the city hands down. Especially from starting in the food truck parked outside of the old value city on 38th and Arlington to have 4 buildings on each side of town! The east west and north sides have not disappointed me yet. Now the north side was more generous with the sauce but all of them are fiyahhh. Haven’t made my way south but I’m sure they won’t disappoint neither! The garlic parmesan with the drizzle of sauce on the fries are my favorite! And don’t for get the EXTREME PUNCHHHH with no ice cause I need allllllll my drink!! It’s time to go global and take these wings to a city near Indy! Every city needs a R R EXTREME WINGS!!!! Signed a proud customer lol OH let’s not forget the lunch special Monday-Friday 6 wings, fries and drink $8.99 and out west after 5pm 8 wings and fries $8.99… my favorite times to go 🤣🤣🤣

First and foremost, shout-out to R&R and Johnai who was very helpful & had exceptional customer service! As a first time customer, we ordered 20 Boneless Wings & 20 Traditional Wings which came with fries; the boneless wings do not come with fries. We spent about $57 for everything and unfortunately, the food was not worth the price. Also, be sure to count your wings if you order more than 15 and make sure you have the sauces that you asked for before you leave as they forgot to give us 2 wings initially and also forgot to give me ranch but they made up for it by giving us 3 more. Pros - Many different Flavor Options, Good Chicken Wing Portions/Sizes, Short Waiting Time Cons - Boneless Wings lacked flavor, Over Priced, Fries were plain, Not Fresh but pre made and then sauced later. Areas for Improvement - Make the wings fresh, make sure adequate sauce is on the wings, make the fries fresh, more attention to detail in regards to the customer’s order. Overall, my experience with R&R was not a bad one as the employees and staff were professional and friendly but the food was lacking flavor, freshness and was more expensive than it should have been.

Not exactly sure who auntie is but it took me a week to do this review to make sure I give auntie her full props!!! Auntie did her big one. So firstly I tend to pay more attention to how a problem is solved them getting stuck on it. Whoever auntie is has impeccable customer service, when I get on here and an establishment is arguing with the customer about how they feel it besides being completely inappropriate....it comes of disgusting and catty and now even with great food I want no parts. She did not get in here and try to discredit my account nor try to assume I wanted anything free, got straight to the meat and fixed it no questions asked. That is exactly how a boss moves, not to mention when I went back in Sunday it was a completely different environment!!! I could tell who worked there and I was greated, which is a biggie these days. It was peaceful and the cashier was polite and attentive and did not make me give her a DNA sample to believe and handle the problem with out making me feel like my money is a hook up lbvs. Big ups auntie you definitely did your thang anddddddddddd the food was Poppin ............... Y'all need to send someone to AZ thy don't have a wing bosss just saying.......

Our company had R&R deliver some wings. Auntie got us set up for serving and helped mark the different flavors. Wings are not always the best over delivery because they get cold, but there were no leftovers! Try the chicken tenders and the owner's favorite sauce on the wings. Auntie recommended the breaded wings so we'll have to try those next time.
